El Viejito Plata 42 is a blanco tequila from one of Jalisco's most storied family-owned distilleries. Tequila El Viejito (NOM 1107) was established in 1937 by Don Indalecio Núñez Muro in Atotonilco el Alto — the first distillery in that Highland town. Certified additive-free, this Plata 42 expression reflects the house's long-standing commitment to transparent, agave-forward tequila production.
Highlands character is evident from the first pour. A crisp, fresh bouquet of citrus and green apple opens on the nose, with subtle herbal notes just beneath.
