El Septimo VSOP Cognac is part of El Septimo's 'The Magnificent 7' cognac collection, introduced in July 2022 at the PCA trade show in Las Vegas. This expression was selected from Comandon Cognac, a house founded in 1821 in Cognac, France, and bottled for La Maison Younan as a single small-batch, one-time production. Each bottle is individually numbered, and as a VSOP it has spent a minimum of four years aging in oak.

In the glass, El Septimo VSOP shows a bright amber-gold color, opening with a gentle aroma of dried apricot, candied figs, and grilled almonds. The palate layers dried fruits and ginger over a persistent nutty character, finishing silky and medium-bodied with a smooth blend of fruit and spice.
