Under the direction of Master Distiller Karina Rojo, the blanco is distilled from 100% Blue Weber agave using traditional methods and carries a certified additive-free designation.
The nose opens with baked agave and fresh citrus, lifted by a hint of spearmint. On the palate, bright citrus peel and cracked black pepper emerge alongside a wave of cinnamon warmth, grounded by the natural sweetness of cooked agave.
