Color: Bright amber on the Rye and Single Barrel; darker copper on the Barrel Proof.

Nose: Pepper, mint and citrus (Rye), honey, oak and baking spice (Single Barrel), dark caramel and toasted oak (Barrel Proof).

Palate: A dry 100% rye, an oak-forward single barrel, and the same bourbon at cask strength.

Finish: Spicy and dry on the Rye; long on the Single Barrel; very long on the Barrel Proof.
