Crafted by the skilled hands of Head Distiller Scott Ferguson, the whisky undergoes maturation in a combination of Bourbon, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximénez casks before a distinctive finish in ex-Grande Champagne Cognac casks. The inspiration for this expression is drawn from the scenic beauty of St Andrews, Guardbridge, and its surroundings, captured in the design by local illustrator Jill Calder.
