Crafted only in exceptional years, Diplomático Single Vintage 2013 is an ultra-premium Venezuelan rum distilled with artisanal care and aged to perfection. Masterfully blended from special reserves selected by the Maestro Ronero, this 10-year-old rum is matured primarily in ex-bourbon casks, then finished in sherry casks, imparting an added depth of character and complexity. Distilled in a family-owned distillery nestled at the foot of the Andes, this expression is the result of a long-standing rum-making tradition rooted in passion, precision, and heritage.

Appearance: Deep, dark amber with golden highlights.

Nose: Rich and inviting aromas of smoked wood, freshly brewed coffee, and dark chocolate, layered with vanilla, toasted almond, and hints of ripe tropical fruits and red berries.

Palate: Velvety and full-bodied, with notes of caramelized banana, molasses, and plum, balanced by touches of baking spice, vanilla cream, and a whisper of sherry-soaked oak.

Finish: Long, mellow, and refined — with lingering dried fruits, red berries, and a soft, warming spice that fades gracefully.
