To honor the prestigious 125th U.S. Open Championship at Oakmont Country Club, Dewar’s presents its 2025 19-Year-Old The Champions Edition—a masterful, limited-release whisky crafted under the expert guidance of Stephanie Macleod, Dewar’s six-time Master Blender of the Year.

This edition continues Dewar’s tradition of double-aging, where the whisky blend is rested again after blending to harmonize and mellow the flavors. For 2025, it is further finished in Calvados apple brandy casks, a nod to both French finesse and the crisp legacy of Oakmont’s Pennsylvania landscape. The result is a vibrant, complex, and elegant Scotch whisky that celebrates excellence—on the course and in the glass.

Appearance:
Warm amber with glints of golden honey.

Nose:
Inviting aromas of green apples, orchard blossoms, and honeyed malt, laced with soft hints of cinnamon, pear skins, and vanilla oak.

Palate:
Smooth and rounded. Layers of baked apple, heather honey, and shortbread biscuit unfold alongside delicate notes of spiced pear, almond, and a whisper of Calvados warmth. The double-aging provides exceptional balance and integration of fruit and wood.

Finish:
Elegant and gently warming with lingering notes of apple compote, caramelized oak, and a refined hint of baking spice.
