Demi Three Grain Half Proof Vodka is a 20% ABV vodka specialty from the founders of Quarter Proof: a real grain spirit distilled to full strength in Michigan from barley, wheat and rye grown in the Ohio River Valley, then blended down to half the proof of a standard pour with the distillery's own in-house distillate. Nothing added, no sugar, no flavouring beyond the grain itself.
The result is smooth and creamy, with a soft cereal sweetness and a clean finish that still behaves like a proper vodka in the glass. Built for the Demi Martini: two rounds for every one of the full-strength kind. 750 ml, 40 proof.
