Decoy is the approachable, everyday label from the Duckhorn Portfolio, made by the same team behind Duckhorn Vineyards. The 2023 ages 20 months in French oak (40% new). Dark boysenberry, marionberry pie and ripe black cherry come with earthy undertones and savory spice, and big, juicy berry flavors meet brambly notes on lush, silky tannins and light toasty oak. 750ml, 14.1% ABV.
