Round, full California Chardonnay from Decoy, with ripe tangerine, mango and a supple backbone of sweet oak.
Decoy is the approachable, everyday label from the Duckhorn Portfolio, made by the same team behind Duckhorn Vineyards. The 2024 ages nine months in French oak (30% new) with partial malolactic fermentation. Ripe tangerine, sweet melon and tropical mango meet delicate oak spice, and the round palate layers juicy mango, pineapple and a touch of vanilla over bright acidity. 750ml, 13.9% ABV.
