Whole Tahitian vanilla beans rest in the award-winning Artisanal White Rum, slowly giving up their flavor over time. There are no added sugars and no artificial flavoring, so the vanilla arrives as fragrance and spice rather than syrup. Each bottle is filled by hand.
The nose is delicate and sweetly floral. The palate is balanced and rounded, with the vanilla carrying a gentle spice rather than dominating. The finish is smooth, with vanilla that lingers well past the sip.
Excellent over ice, in a rum and coke that tastes like it was made properly, or stirred into coffee and dessert cocktails. Bottled at 40% ABV, 80 proof.
