It is distilled in San Diego, California by the spirits label founded by Beach Boys co-founder Mike Love, bringing the sun-soaked spirit of "Kokomo" into a genuinely serious craft rum.

The blend pairs demerara cane sugar rum distilled on site with traditional Jamaican pot still rum, married and bottled by hand in small batches. There are no added sugars and no added flavoring, so the character comes entirely from the cane, the ferment and the still.

The nose opens with honey and ripe pineapple. The palate is layered, setting bright tropical fruit against the unmistakable funk of Jamaican pot still rum. The finish is smooth and long, trailing melon and mango.

Pour it into a daiquiri or a mojito where it will hold its own against the lime, or drink it neat to appreciate the pot still character on its own. Bottled at 45% ABV, 90 proof.

Awarded Double Gold and 97 points at the 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and named Best White Rum of 2024 with 93 points Gold by the Beverage Testing Institute.
