A masterclass in balance and texture, the Blanc de Blancs from Charles Heidsieck showcases the house’s expertise in blending Chardonnay from multiple crus and vintages. Crafted primarily from the Côte des Blancs and complemented by select sites across Champagne, this cuvée combines freshness, minerality, and richness. With around 25% reserve wines and extended aging in historic chalk cellars, it delivers both immediate charm and layered complexity. Refined yet generous, this Champagne is defined by precision, elegance, and a distinctive tactile mouthfeel.

Appearance: Pale, crystalline gold with luminous highlights and a fine, persistent mousse.

Aroma: Elegant and expressive, opening with white peach and candied citrus. Notes of lime, tangerine, and lemon unfold alongside honeysuckle and fresh hazelnut, creating a delicate yet complex bouquet.

Palate: Fresh and linear, with a pure, focused attack. Flavors of crisp apple and citrus glide across the palate, followed by subtle toasted notes from reserve wines. A refined minerality and gentle salinity provide structure, while the texture is surprisingly suave and velvety for a Blanc de Blancs.
