Color: The vodka is clear; the bourbon is bright amber.

Nose: Vodka: clean, faint grain sweetness. Bourbon: caramel, rye spice, vanilla and fresh oak.

Palate: Sacred Spring is a soft, slightly sweet grain vodka made with the distillery's limestone spring water. The Small Batch Bourbon is a young, lively high-rye bourbon with caramel, pepper and oak.

Finish: Clean on the vodka, medium and spicy on the bourbon.
