The estate cultivates 100% Blue Weber agave on limestone-rich soil fed by a deep underground well, farmed without herbicides or pesticides. Double-distilled and released under the Carreta de Oro label since 2023, this blanco reflects the collective's commitment to transparent, single-origin agave production.
