A fresh-pressed sugarcane rum from Burdekin Distillery in North Queensland, Australia, aged in Pedro Ximénez sherry barrels and bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).

Made from freshly pressed cane juice rather than molasses, in the French agricole tradition, then aged anywhere from three months to two years in carefully selected Pedro Ximénez casks. Toffee, mixed spice and vanilla oak on the nose give way to brown sugar and fig on a smooth palate, finishing long and lingering. Excellent neat, or tall with ginger beer and lime in the distillery's own Burdekin Storm. 700ml.
