Distilled in the Burdekin, Australia's sugarcane heartland, from local molasses and aged a minimum of two years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels, with no added sugar, flavor or color. The nose brings vanilla, butterscotch and a hint of smoke; the palate is rich and dry, with cinnamon and toasted oak, ahead of a long, smooth finish.
