Distilled from a carefully selected mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley, this bourbon is aged in new charred American oak barrels and then finished in toasted French oak casks—expertly coopered and toasted by Kelvin Cooperage in Louisville, KY. This secondary maturation introduces a rich layer of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and exotic baking spices, adding continental complexity to a traditional American bourbon base.

Bottled at barrel proof (112), this small batch release offers robust intensity and full-bodied depth, making it a compelling pour for seasoned bourbon lovers and adventurous newcomers alike.

Appearance:
Deep amber with ruby undertones and long, slow legs—suggesting richness and structure.

Nose (Aroma):
Bold and luxurious. Espresso beans, toasted oak, and dark chocolate truffles rise first, followed by burnt orange peel, baking spice, and a whisper of dried fig.

Palate (Taste):
