Nose: Old Fitzgerald: caramel, honey and soft wheat. Heaven Hill 7: vanilla, oak and rye spice. 1792: toffee, brown sugar and clove.

Palate: Old Fitzgerald is the softest and sweetest; Heaven Hill 7 is classic, oaky and balanced; 1792 is the spiciest with a high-rye kick. All 100 proof.
