Milkshake Batch pulls barrels from four production dates matured in four different Beam warehouses, blended the way Booker Noe always did it: no water, no chill filtration, nothing between you and the barrel. The name comes from a Beam family ritual. After a day of fishing, Booker and his son Fred would stop for chocolate malted milkshakes, and Booker eventually started spiking his with bourbon, a tradition Fred and Freddie Noe keep alive today. In the glass it is classic Booker's: big vanilla and toasted oak, caramelized sugar and baking spice, a full oily body and a long, warming finish. Limited release, one batch only. 750ml.
