This southwest-facing, 22-acre vineyard features a remarkable diversity of marine sedimentary soils, contributing to the wine’s complexity and ethereal character. Established as part of Bergström’s estate holdings in 2018, La Spirale reflects the family’s unwavering commitment to crafting wines that transparently express site and vintage.

The 2022 vintage showcases the hallmark elegance of Oregon Pinot Noir—combining purity of fruit, vibrant structure, and a profound sense of place.

Appearance: Deep garnet to dark red raspberry in color, luminous and inviting.

Aroma: An ethereal and aromatic bouquet unfolds with wildflowers and rose petals, layered with vibrant red fruits—strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, and red currant. Subtle nuances of fruit candies, genmaicha tea, and green peppercorn add intrigue and aromatic lift.

Palate: Medium-bodied and finely structured, the palate is a harmonious interplay of bright red fruits and savory complexity. Flavors of pomegranate, red currant, and raspberry are complemented by elegant spice, fresh loam, and grape-stem-driven herbal notes.
