Aberlour 14 Year Old is the newest aged release in the Speyside distillery's core range, sitting between the 12 and 16: fourteen years of double cask maturation in Oloroso sherry casks and first-fill American oak casks, made with Speyside barley and pure Birkenbush spring water. The result is the Aberlour house style at its most balanced, rich and spicy yet subtle and elegant, with soft hints of blackcurrant and a rich, creamy finish. It took Gold at the 2025 Global Scotch Whisky Masters and Gold at the 2025 International Spirits Challenge.

The American oak brings sweet vanilla, honey and ripe cherry; the Oloroso casks layer on blackcurrant, blackberry jam and soft caramel with subtle spice. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 700 mL bottle, presented in the Aberlour tube. Pour it neat or with a drop of water and let the sherry fruit open up.
