The añejo is rested for more than twelve months in used American white oak whiskey barrels, with no additives, and each bottle carries a numbered lot and bottle label.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe nose opens with rich blue agave alongside vanilla, caramel, and butterscotch, layered with toasted oak, baking spice, dried fruit, and a whisper of chocolate.
